IPMAX provides network proxy-related services, including but not limited to residential proxies, data transmission, and other network connection services.
The Company will use reasonable efforts to provide stable and secure services, but does not guarantee that services will not be interrupted due to system maintenance, third-party networks, or force majeure events.
2 User Responsibilities
Users must comply with local and applicable laws and regulations, and must not use this website or the services provided by the Company for any illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful activities.
Users are solely responsible for all legal liabilities arising from illegal use of the services.
3 Payment & Refund
This website currently supports the following payment methods:

- HK Alipay
All orders take effect after payment is completed.
If a transaction abnormality is caused by system failure, duplicate charges, or other reasons attributable to the Company, the Company will provide a refund or another reasonable handling solution based on the actual circumstances.
Refund applications may not be accepted where the issue is caused by the user's personal reasons, services already used, or other reasons not attributable to the Company.
4 Termination
If a user violates these Terms of Service or is involved in illegal use of the Company's services, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate the relevant account and services without prior notice.

The Company only provides network proxy services and is not liable for any actions carried out by users through use of the services.

7 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms of Service or the services shall first be resolved by friendly consultation between the parties.
If consultation fails to reach an agreement, any dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
